Into the Trading Zone

I am only an accounting staff in this factory so I really have idea what we will do when this factory starts to go into the trading zone. One thing I know that the owner of this factory will manage another type of business license and will apparently go on a good cooperation with some traders and investors. Does this mean that I will have more than one boss? I am puzzling myself. My Accounting Manager chooses me to stay with her in this meeting.

Slowly I learn that in processing the new type of business, this factory will be guided by a trading company and I will be receiving forex signals through phone calls or internet. I am honestly still trying to find out what forex in this case means, but I don’t feel to ask about it to my manager or even to interrupt the meeting. What I apparently could do is to jot it down on a piece of paper.
Furthermore, my manager tells me also to be alert on the other ETF Trading signals. This time I encourage myself to ask raise a question; what is that ETF? Whispering slowly, she tells me that ETF stands for Exchange-Traded Fund and it is an investment means of trading on stock exchanges, much more like stocks. I see. I got it now and I start to understand why a position like this accounting people is needed here.

Another unusual term comes into the meeting table; futures trading signals. What are they? Unfortunately, this time she does not give me any comments. I just try to find out any related point of view of this system. Apparently, Futures trading is quite similar to Future Contract with tendency in finance rather than in purchasing or selling. The contract is then traded on a future exchange. It is more likely a type of derived stock systems. Well, that is all I could catch from what these big people are talking about. They seem to like talking and discussing things here and there, whilst I am looking at my wristwatch – it’s noon, where is the lunch box?

Alternative Contractors Payroll

My overseas client has already insisted that I finish the project of building a supermarket here in this town as soon as possible. I am afraid I can’t do that because I have not done any payroll to my contractors which has gotten me into trouble with managing my employees. I direct them for this project, buy materials for them, and I manage the people. At this moment, I am really short of cash. This has caused those contractors and workers to get lazy at work and some even have undergone a strike towards me. I feel like I can”t even continue this project. The contractors payroll was supposed to be done three weeks ago. This all happens because the budget I have is not enough for getting the full materials and payrolls.

I then decide to get assistance from Umbrella Companys that could help me in paying those contractors and workmen their salary and wages. I know this company because once I requested them for the same thing when I had no money at all. The way they work is so transparent as if I am involved myself in the management. This company will take care of a company’’s budgeting in any way such as: payrolls, purchasing materials, etc. They don’t lend us money, they work for us by using the amount of money that has been agreed legally by the borrower and the lender.

The way the umbrella payroll procedure works is kind of standard. They will check all original data from our accounting report, and they will come to us as the director of our own company to read the report and the possible amount they can afford. Once we agree with the amount lent, and also with their terms and conditions, then they will handle the payment to our account. That just depends on how we agree about the way they work. It is all a very simple process of applying for them to work for anyone. I will always put my trust in Crystal Umbrella for all of my company’’s needs.
