When we understand that, we then will question, “What is the main idea of being leadership on business?” There are in fact plenty of answers to this question depending on the environment and things that change the nature of our activities on business, the way of how the organization changes, specialties on markets, advance technologies, potential crises, etc. In turn, this will determine our business goals.
Since our company, for instance, is in recovery status or in condition of a market change, the goal of leadership might be to gain others for the careful attention of what the customers need and how our products or services are to be attractive. As the leaders of the business, we could pay thorough attention on our energy to concentrate in the context of potential customers, earning their trust and building strategic relationships.
Implying the goal of leadership is indeed more important when multiple frames of leadership are involved in our company. The increasing complexity of business in this rapidly changing world nearly ascertains that they indeed exist. Engaging and aligning these leadership frames with accumulative goals tend to be one of leadership main duties.
Every leader carries his set of beliefs and impressions, expectations and obligations. When this set is incompatible with the objective of leadership, we as leaders are supposed to move in different directions or work against current in multi goals. It is therefore important that each leader realizes what they have been committed to and how he ought to lead others to help companies achieve the goals.

You have shared some of the points to achieve "on target". Though, I personally believe there are certain evidences of the lack of leadership that may lead to bad consequences and every business leader must be aware of them:
1. Inability to organize detail, thus admitting inability to do the job effectively.
2. Unwillingness to do what they would ask another to do, when occasion demands.
3. Expectation of pay for what they know instead of what they do.
4. Fear of competition from others, trying to hold people below you rather than build them up.
5. Lack of creative thinking in setting goals and creating plans.
6. The "I" syndrome – claiming all the honors for the team achievements.
7. Over-indulgence, destroying endurance and vitality.
8. Disloyalty to colleagues, resulting in loss of respect.
9. Emphasis on the 'authority of leadership', leading by instilling fear instead of encouraging.
10.Emphasis of title instead of knowledge and expertise.
11. Lack of understanding of the destructive effects of a negative environment.
12. Lack of common sense, being heavenly minded and ultra positive, but no earthly good.
