These online programs offer online libraries and services to assist us, students, to access study materials. Sometimes, virtual classes are designed to facilitate interaction communication with colleagues and professionals in the field by sharing thoughts, ideas, learning and debating issues from their experience. Online instructors or tutors will guide us through the course for better understanding. We can enrich our knowledge or even assignments by collating information from discussions and consultation. Online Calculating Assistance

I guess this time I have to consult with my friends, or directly to my calculus tutor. I wonder how I could get this small grade meanwhile it is still clear in my mind that all assignments were submitted before the deadline and well received by the tutor. I admit that there are some points of precalculus that I don’t understand. It is a very basic formula in calculating and I know the way of calculating it is just that simple. Eleven Skills of Leadership: 2. Understanding the Needs and Characteristics of the Group

You know summer camp? It is usually a place to train young people to be independent during summer holiday. Ok, when you come to the camp, even if you come with friends, you'll be put into a group where none of you know each others. Sound a little scary? There's a reason for it!

Everyone in the group carries a little history with them. With none of matter, everyone has the same opportunities and advantage to be the best person they can be. There are no pre-conceptions or limitations on what you can finish.

Now, what makes others tick?
Everyone gets to learn about somebody else, their characteristics, their needs, what makes them "tick." We learn what makes people excited, what motivates them, what they need to get successful, and how to support and grow the group. We learn about how groups come together and commit to achieving tough but desired goals.
By the time your group plans and carries out some activities, you learn more about yourself, your individual characteristics and needs. You learn how to balance individual needs against those of the entire group, and finally you learn how to be a part of the group.
To understand others, we are supposed to first understand ourselves. This understanding ability can come naturally as we grow, and at the camp we trust in giving individual direct encouragement to improve and discover on their abilities and skills.

Learn and grow as an individual and with the group
Every member in the group needs to learn other members' characteristics and needs. Throughout life, as any group forms, members informally assess others' needs and characteristics. We take the process out of the closet and use it to assist everyone prosper and grow. We teach how to learn about and assess your own and other group members’ characteristics and needs in a trusting, open environment via specific learning exercises and activities.

Everyone is well accepted and their individual differences are highly valued, for the differences contribute to an environment calculated to encourage growth of the group.

Eleven Skills of Leadership: 1. Getting and Giving Information

If you as a leader cannot communicate effectively, then it is a big possibility that no other leadership skill will compensate for this weakness. Therefore, first and foremost, you must be able to exchange information accurately and effectively.

There are three distinct aspects to giving and getting information:
Getting it, retrieving it, and giving it.

Getting Information
When getting information, you may be watching for a variety of verbal or written and nonverbal behavior clues to gather meaning. If you are not careful, facts will be forgotten or distracted. This happens because both the person sending and the individual receiving the information might unintentionally obscure the message.
There are two ways you can be sure that the information you receive will not be forgotten or distorted:
•Take notes. It is always the best way to jot down any key information received.
•Repeat what you think you heard the person say to avoid misunderstanding.
While you think you understand what you think you heard, you could in fact have gotten it totally wrong. Hence, clarify and verify! In a communication exchange, the sender controls what and how is uttered, or the content of the message. The recipient controls what is heard and the feedback given.
To encourage good communication, you are obliged to encourage others to speak freely.
•Show interest by leaning forward, taking notes, nodding in agreement, paying attention, or so forth.
•Greet new ideas coming up with interest.
•Give the other person your undivided attention.
•Maintain eye contact.
•Mention the individual's name.
•Relax, be friendly and smile.

Retrieving Information
Information received might have to be recalled at a time later on. There are many different ways in storing and retrieving information. Recently, we would simply think of computers as a means for it. Nevertheless, the medium is not as important as what you write and how you store the information. You can apply a variety of methods to help you remember details, including memorization, note-taking, repeating back, and mnemonic devices.

Giving Information
When you give information, it is suggested to use all five senses whenever possible. In addition,
•Speak clearly.
•Use language that everyone understands.
•Vary your pace and tone.
•Move from the general to the specific.
•Use visuals— charts, maps and diagrams.

Free to Create

Oh My! There no more piece of paper left on my diary. There is no more space in even front pages! I wonder how I could write again about anything. Using computer in the study room is not as convenient as writing on diary. There are too many people in the house and everyone could see my writing. Actually, it is Ok for them to see; however, my little brother and my cousin sometimes are a little bit nosy. They change my words or even delete my documents. I feel really fed up about that.
My friend suggested me to try to make a blog on a free site available on internet. It is the best way to put ideas, feeling, articles, journals and everything in there. Using free site is exactly free of charge, and making a free blog is completely free to create whatever things I want to write or express, as long as it is Ok for other readers. Well, I actually still don’t know much about it. But my friend is a very generous person and she promised me to teach me how to make it.
One evening, in my family study room, she patiently taught me how to make it. After getting online on the internet, she showed me how to find the free site and to register as a member there. I looked through it with care. Then things seemed to be a little bit confusing since I really have no idea about websites or blogs. My friend then showed me her own blog. Wow! It is very beautiful; nice looking display with pink background and tender color of the title with some images here and there including her autograph. I noticed there are some compositions on the display which she told me that they are called posts of her feeling, ideas, information and some others that related to hers. Gee, I guess I need to have one for myself. I asked her to show me once more how to make it. She inhaled deeply but then she repeated her teaching on making blog form me. I knew she was a little bit upset because her ‘student’ did not listen to her well, but then I promised to pay more attention this time. Sorry Pal!

Care for Cat by Holistic Cat Food

My sister is really crazy for her cats. There are three cats she has and they all are treated as human – much better treated than she does to her brother. I actually hate it. It is more over when she asked me to help her buy holistic cat food at the pet shop few blocks from our flat. Pedaling my bike, I rush out to the shop and must return in only 30 minutes!
Once my sister was still in her office for overtime work and I stayed alone sitting on the porch stair at home with those three cats. They were approaching me purring so soft and rubbing their smooth fur to my legs and back. At first, I felt dislike it. But when they looked at me, I realized that they are just still innocent creatures and need to be loved. I reached one of them and lifted her to my chest. She remained silent and I felt the warmth and peace feeling all at once.
While hugging one on my chest, I rubbed the others that also looked happy being touched. They got to be closer to me and I unconsciously started to talk to them. They seemed to listen to me as if they understood what I was saying. Then I realized that they must not have got any food for the day! I got up and asked them to follow me to the kitchen. I looked around the table drawer in where my sister usually puts their food box. I was lucky that I found it. While taking food basin for them, I picked the box out of the drawer and poured the food from the box onto the basin. It is also still my luck because the food was still plenty.
Looking at them eating their food, I did not notice my sister was already standing next to me. While smiling, she thanked me for taking care for the cats. Anytime, Sis!

What It Takes for a Good Leadership

To make a good leader, leadership qualities are required; these qualities vary in different situations, companies, and teams somehow. Most people only have one leadership style which would be fine if they could find a proper situation that acquires that style. It is quite bordered, though; however they also could be quite flexible on the way of being in leadership.
Flexible leadership, however, involves being capable of adapting one’s leadership style according to the situation and the state of the team – for instance: A leader could apparently take charge when a team is forming but playing the role of coach when a team is managing itself pretty well.


Perspective

How you approach leadership qualities will depend on how you are sorting out and looking at the subject from the perspective of an organization and/or an individual.
Organizations purpose to improve their performance by selecting and developing potential of individual within the organization. At the outset, the needs of the organization are usually defined well but the individuals, who may become leaders, are still unknown.
An individual's perspective, somehow, is very different: the purpose is to develop into a position of leadership for the individual. You are who you are, and if your profile does not match that of the organization is seeking for, then your duty are to understand your own attributes or potential and find a new role or organization where your profile will be valued.
Conclusively, what makes a good leader? The answer depends on the context. Organizations need to find people who have what they are looking for. Individuals need to find organizations that are looking for what they have to offer.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS: Academic Requirements

Here are some basic requirements for you who want to study overseas or attend to an International School:

Competence at English:
Students are supposed to get minimum TOEFL standard scores for being international programs at least 500, the equivalent score of 213 on TOEFL computer-based, and / or 80 on TOEFL internet-based. Other supportive score from similar tests such as IELTS is 6.5, completion on ELS at 112. For students from graduate programs or University, minimum TOEFL standard is 600, the equivalent score of 250 on TOEFL computer-based, and / or 100 on TOEFL internet-based.

Standardized Tests:
All students of International schools or graduate program or University are required to join and apply selective standardized test scores appropriate for each program..

Transfer Students:
Students will be considered for transfer standing if they have completed at least the equivalent of 30 semester hours of transferable college work with at least a 3.00 cumulative average. Many majors may require stronger records. Graduate Admission accepts up to 2 courses in transferable units.

Factors of leadership

In leadership, there are four major factors we should know:

Leader
A leader must have a sincere understanding of who he/she is, what he/she knows, and what he/she can do. However, if followers do not trust or lack confidence in their leader, then they will be uninspired. Note that it is the followers, not the leader who determines if a leader is successful. To be successful he/she has to convince his/her followers, not him/herself or his/her superiors and importance, that he/she is worthy of being followed.

Follower
Different people need different styles of leadership. For instance, a new hire requires more supervision than an experienced employee. Someone who is lack of motivation requires a different approach from the one with a high motivation. A leader must know his/her people well! The fundamental starting point is having a good understanding of human nature, such as, motivation, needs and emotions. A leader must come to know his/her employees' be, know, and do attributes.

Communication
A leader establishes two-way communication, much of it is nonverbal. For example, when he/she "sets the example," that communicates to his/her people that he/she would not ask them to perform anything that a leader would not be willing to do. What and how the leader communicates either builds or harms the relationship between his/her and his/her employees.

Situation
All situations are different. What a leader does in one situation will not always work on the other situation. The leader must use his/her judgment to decide the best action and leadership style needed for each situation. For example, the leader may need to confront an employee for inappropriate behavior, but if the confrontation is too late or too weak, too early or too harsh, then the results may

Channels of Education

It is no wonder that most of TV channels are on entertainment, commercials, music, and movies even violence. Those channels are really working and keeping those TV stations and companies alive; however, they don’t work for people like me. I have two little kids who are in need of good education. Just the same as other kids in general, my kids like watching TV for hours and I hope there are good programs that could educate them.
Getting optional channels are not difficult I think. I could contact some TV providers to get selective programs, and I plan them for my kids. Kind of programs are apparently about school education, wildlife, reading and writing, math, good cartoon films or some other that could support the way they think and understand life better. I find that Direct tv offers are quite effective; they provide some packages and also personal choices of programs. This really could help much. I have already listed some programs for my kids as well as for me myself – sports program such as NFL Sunday Ticket and live news – and for my wife who likes cooking programs, culinary and fashion. There will be time for each of us so that we don’t have to fight for the remote control to see each favorite program.

Getting online on the internet from my personal computer in the working room, I look for related site for applying my plan of program list to the provider. Then when I get in touch with the site, I see words of ‘DIRECTV OFFERS’ and click it. I am then directed to follow a link that requests me to sign up for formal registration and further details of assistance. But on the screen underneath, I see a phone number to contact, and I guess I’d rather call them directly to figure out whether my request would be able to processed in short time. Ok, I will give them a ring.
From the other end I hear a pacifying voice of a female greeting me warmly and asking me what I would like to do. Without wasting my time, I directly tell her about my request. She listens to me carefully and asks me to hold the phone for a moment in order that she could check the possibility. Not too long, she returns to me and says that is Ok. Great! I like it. Thanks!

One Concept of Leadership

In general, good leaders are apparently made; it means that they are not born to be good leaders. When there are desires and willpowers in you, then you can become an effective leader. Good leaders could develop through a long-term process of self-learning, training, education, and experience.
There are certain things you must be, know, and, do especially to inspire your workers into higher levels of teamwork. These things do not naturally come by themselves, but are apparently acquired through continuity of study and work. Good leaders continually study and work to order to improve their leadership skills; they are NOT resting on their efforts.

Let us define leadership. Leadership is a certain process by which a person influences others to get an objective accomplished and manages as well as directs an organization in such a way that makes it more cohesive and coherent. A leader carries out this process by applying his leadership attributes such as values, character, ethics, knowledge, beliefs, and skills. Although your position as a supervisor, manager or others gives you the authority to accomplish certain duties and objectives in the organization, this power does not certainly make you a leader, it just lets you to be the boss. And of course a boss is not always a good leader. Leadership is surely different; it makes the followers want to achieve high goals, rather than simply bossing people around.

Rose Flowers to Love

You know what I like to do in my free time? Watering my plants and flowers, especially my roses, is my favorite hobby. My flowers are more than the plantation in my small flat so I have to put them all outside at the small balcony. While watering them, I talk to them especially about my job problem in the office as if they could listen to me. I seem to be a weird person, but I like it. I always consider that my flowers and plants could be them who understand my feeling and are capable of listening to me and my stories without having to give me their opinion or solution. Sometime, after talking to them, I could find any related ways out for my problems all of sudden.
This evening, after finishing my job in the office, I bought some more beautiful roses from a florist down the block. Rose is indeed my favorite because this flower has excellent fragrance and perfect coloring; not only red, there are also some in pink, purple, yellow and some others. I have these roses with the colors here. They are the flowers to love for me. I guess you need to see them yourselves once in a while..
I wonder where to put this new bunch of roses because all spaces in the balcony are already full. There is not even any slight gap to put. I guess I must put this new and fresh roses right by my bed. They will accompany me taking a rest during the night.
Well, you will think that it should be even ridiculous, but it is me, and my hobby.

Online Conferencing Service

My Boss seems upset to know that his flight on the weekend to San Francisco gets delayed; even worse the flight must be rescheduled for the next weekend. This of course makes him mad. If the flight is not for the purpose of conference, I don’t think it is going to be in a mess. The conference will be attended by all Managing Directors of the other 5 States around the US. The meeting will be in my Boss’s personal cottage and will be talking about the annual reports as well as the new projects, and it is supposed to be done before next week during Christmas. But now, it is a kind of too late to perform a conference just because of a flight delay.
He called me this morning and asked what best to do to get the conference proceeded. I told him why not to try Webinar service. I remember this service when my college tutor performed a seminar by getting online and inviting several students including me to get online to. It was so fun as well as well processed since each of us could many things like giving reports or opinions just at our own bedroom. It did not take too much cost at all for the transportation, room management, physical presentation materials and other things that support the seminar.
Webinars? My Boss looked to think for awhile but then he told me that he was once joining a similar program using Webinar service also, therefore he thinks it will be a good idea. But the next question is whether this service could afford a Web conferencing, not a Web seminar because what will be held is a conference of top directors. Well, I am not quite sure, yet it is apparently the best idea to check the related site or company and find out whether they could do such a thing. I hope they do or my Boss will get into another confusion again.

Developing Extraordinary Leadership

Still related to the previous topic of extraordinary leadership, but this time we are talking about how to develop this kind of leadership. This extraordinary leadership cannot be learned or taught second hand; on the contrary, it must be directly experienced.

Experiencing being a leader is not just like blinking our eyes; this needs much more than we all thought. This experience is supposed to take place in all dimensions and segments of a human being – physical, mental spiritual and emotional through whole-being engagement or connection.
This experience will then be unique to each of us as individual and will build a deeply authentic leadership response. And in the end, this experience will be capable of adopting different styles of leadership appropriate to place, time and people.
In summary, since extraordinary leadership is not teachable, hence we all are to experience it, easily or difficultly.

Get Help from Debt Management

Maybe this is only my feeling, but I learnt that the condition of working atmosphere in this company is getting slower and lower. I have no idea what is happening. My Boss himself does not seem to be so energetic recently that some questions are coming out of my mind. This does not also seem to be good; Boss is not supposed to be like this unless he is in trouble. I need to talk to him soon to find out.
This all has relation with our budgeting on exposing our products. Exceeding fund for marketing departments is deliberately impacting the company budget. This project of products expose this season is actually excellent; however, due to global economic crisis consumers also have to think twice to buy something. The result of a very low purchasing capability of consumers meanwhile around 45% of our company finance have already been implanted on this project since 3 months ago. With very low financial condition, being worsened by quite activities on production, our company has a tendency of going bankrupt, just in three months.
The worst thing to fear is that our debts to some suppliers and affiliated companies are due within short time. We are unsure whether we could pay the debts; in addition, when government and Banks notice this condition in our company, the access to our bank account and government would be closed. That is much more terrible even than having no money.
My Boss knows how to survive within this debt circle condition; he asks for help from debt management programs in which we use their service to take care for our debt problems. They are professional at this field hence this is not another mistake if we consult them for help to recover our financial condition. They have given their service in helping some companies and individual to solve their debts and to return the accessibility to their bank account. Learning English (2): And Then?

Ok. Let’s talk more ways about learning English. Watching English films and Television is not only a fun way to learn but it is also definitely effective. By watching English films (especially the ones with English subtitles) you could develop your vocabulary and hear the accent of speech from the actors/actresses. When you listen to the news on Television you can also hear different flows. Music can be an effective method of learning English. In fact, music is often used as a way of improving comprehension and understanding. The best way though is to get the lyrics (words) to the songs you are listening to and try to read and pronounce them as the artist sings. This way you could practice to improve your listening and reading ability at the same time. And if you like to sing, that will be much finer.

Then another way to consider is to study as often as possible! Only by studying lingual things like vocabulary and grammar and doing exercises accordingly, can you really improve your knowledge of any language. A lot of people tend to think that exercises and tests aren't much fun. However, by completing exercises and taking tests you can really improve your English. One of the best reasons for doing lots of exercises and tests is that they'll give you a benchmark to compare the results with in your future. Recording yourself is actually to know how much you have master the spoken English and pronunciation though nobody likes to hear their own voice on tape. But when you consider yourselves that it is like a test, it is good to compare your tapes from time to time. You might be so impressed with the progress you have made so far that you may finally not mind the sound of your voice as much. By listening to English, I mean, speak on the phone or listen to radio, audio books or CDs in English, as many English learners say, is one of the most difficult things that they do and the only way to improve is to practice.

Own fear is considerably the biggest problem most people facing in learning a language. They are afraid that they won’t be able to say anything right or they will look awkward so they prefer not to talk at all. Avoid this. The best and quickest way to learn anything is to keep doing it – again and again until you get it correctly. Like other things, learning English demands practice. Don’t let your own fear stop you from getting what you want.

Even though you study English at a certain language school, it doesn’t mean that you can’t learn it out of your class. Using as many different tools, methods and sources as possible, will support you learn faster. There are plenty of different ways for you to be able to improve your English, hence don’t limit yourself to only one or two. Internet is a definitely fantastic resource of virtually anything, but it's perfect for the language learner.

Another absolute best way to learn English is to make your selves surrounded with it. Take notes in English, provide English books around your room, listen to English language broadcasts from radio, watch English news, movies and English programs on television. Speak English with your friends whenever you have a chance. The more English materials that you have around, the faster you learn and the more likely you will begin “thinking in English.”

There are some good English teachers that had to learn English as a second language before they were able to teach it. However, there are also several reasons why many of good schools prefer hiring native English speakers. One of the reasons is that a native speaker has a natural flow or rhythm to their speech that English students are supposed to try to imitate. Psychology of Leadership

One of many factors differing between management and leadership is that the ability or even the responsibility to inspire and to get inspired. A leader, someone who could apply and instill spirit and courage onto his people or group, will surely uses psychological approach to affect either consciously or unconsciously to his followers.

They who are apparently called as "natural leaders" and could effectively inspire his people and groups without really realizing the tactics or strategies he uses are considerably charismatic leaders. On the other hand, the conscious leader applies various psychological strategies that influence “reactions” of the group to the environment where they exist.
In several ‘directive’ (this direct means as opposed to unconsciously do) organizational psychology disciplines like “directive communication” and theories such as “The ripple effect”, it is understood that leadership is a product of command and awareness of the influences and reactions of a group on the individual as well as an individual on the group.
A successful application of a leader in directive organizational psychology by giving more modification on specific leadership behaviors towards his group will yield an organizational culture that is in essence of “inspired”. And the ”inspired” will bring about the success to the leader alone.

Loan for a Bike

That’s correct! I need a motorbike to make my job easier though it is another heavy duty I am facing later. If I don’t quit from the previous job, I don’t think I will need personal vehicle. The place I worked is very near; I could see the office building from my apartment and I could walk to get there in only 5 minutes. But then the office is not apparently fair anymore to its staffs; they tend to cut the stuffs’ salaries and burden them with extra overtime work. It is so confusing working there that in the end I decided to resign and finally I got a new job in another end of the block about 30 miles away. That is why I need transportation.
But how could I get one? My money now is not enough. I have recently put most of my electronic equipment such as tape recorder and TV on a mortgage. I am not sure when I could take them back. They are actually my favorite things that could accompany and entertain me during boredom. I don’t think I will be able to put another thing from my apartment on mortgage just for buying a motorbike. Nevertheless, I really need some cash and I guess I still have some chances and options for a loan. This makes me having to go dilemma. Since the necessity of motorbike is really crucial, getting some loan would help me much.
I go to the place where I put my TV for mortgage. The place is quite good with a big banner of Mortgage Loan Service hanging across from one end to the other of the front building. Getting inside, I am warmly welcomed by the customer officers there. I talk to them about my plan, and they give me a form to fill in. This time, I am proposing for a loan, not putting my stuffs for mortgage. After the form is done, I am asked for the guarantee of the loan. I have nothing with me just my complete details of my data and new job.
They say that mortgage loans are particularly the same; once I put my stuffs there, then I will get money while my stuffs are as guarantee. I see and I understand now. So I have to apologize for my confusion and promise to bring something as warranty for the loan after I go home. They promise me also to remain there when I get back later. Alright, thank you for this good support and being so helpful on my problem.

Better Equipped

It is quite difficult to make my boss understand that using manpower for lifting and carrying big crates and heavy palettes to our warehouse at the dock is just a waste of time and apparently almost impossible. Human power has limit moreover when they are forced to work from morning. I certainly don't want to get blame for recent accident that almost killed some of our workers at the dock. This happened because four workers were trying to lift a stone-cut machine down from a truck and put it on the dock. Unfortunately, one person on the back left did not set his position so firmly that he could stand the weight and the other three got impact of this weak point. They luckily just got injured but the machine was slightly damaged. And because of it, our company was claimed for replacing the machine. This surely strikes the whole system of working system! How could this be? It is because the customer was a government officer and he could bring this case to higher level of government policy that will ban us from our operation. Luckily, he did not have to do that because my Boss would replace it in several time payments.
Telling my Boss does not seem to work right, hence I’d better propose and show him the best hydraulic lifts that will make big and heavy things from trucks easier to lift and remove. This excellent machine could be used more than just to do as mentioned; there are more of its usages. And with simple explanation, though I feel a little bit nervous, I am sure my Boss will understand what I mean with my words recently.
For my surprise, my Boss does not only agree with my idea; he even wants me to get our company better equipped with other loading dock equipment. He told me that he has changed his mind that employing our workmanship on that part is extremely dangerous and we will get more troubles than just injuries. He also has learnt any possibilities and, moreover, the profit that will get from applying this machineries rather than manpower use. Good choices, Boss, and I will make sure that everything will be well settled, and for sure, there will be no more claims and complaints from customers.

Something Old, Something New

‘Never leave home without it’. Well, I am not talking about credit cards, but it is extremely everything in my home! All stuffs must go away with me from London to my new place in Scotland! I wish I don’t have to move that far, but my boss really needs me to be there since an urgent situation or something that I must settle there for a year or so. Oh My!
As a matter of fact, transferring me there is not a big problem; the problem is that I must take all my things such as clothes, paperwork, working tools and working devices at my apartment now. Of course there are some more and bigger things like my TV, Sofa and the tables, lovely plants, bed, personal computers and all accessories, wardrobe and many more that I don’t think my car could accommodate. And I think the car itself needs removals. These all things need to be removed as soon as possible because I know that the longer I delay the removal the more stressful I would be.
If the removal takes a short distance, just like when I moved from Oxford to London, I could manage it quite well; I was helped by 2 of my best friends and did the removal only in three times going back and forth. It took us three days to accomplish. But now, I will move to another country which means that this is international removals. Will I apply the same procedure? Can my 2 friends help me in this removal? I am sure they will, but of course this will take more time, energy and cost. I’d better reconsider the best way.
I certainly need to contact someone or a company that surely gives service in this matter. And shortly, I go to a company with a big banner “DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL REMOVALS”. Getting inside the office, I learn that this company is good in this field offers me their best service with standard quotation (I have no idea whether the cost is reasonable or high because I never used this type of service before). I guess I have no other choice but to agree with the price, in addition, this certainly is not an easy thing to do.
Soon, some people from the company are coming to my apartment. They seem to be expert on their job when they are calculating and estimating the possible accommodation, weight or cubic meters or something. Then one of them approaches me and shows me the total cost and estimated time departure and arrival at the address I gave in Scotland. They say that they will come back in two days and pick up everything written on the list while some small things will go with me. However, some other things are supposed to be left or sold cheaply because I don’t think I will need them or it is impossible to take them along. In the new place in Scotland, there will then be something old and something new.
