		<description>It&#039;s much more likely that the leader will adopt her employee&#039;s suggestions if the employee brings her to the front line so that she can see for herself the changes that are needed. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It&#039;s very important to adopt your leader&#039;s point of view, but it helps if she is willing to adopt your point of view also. Bringing her to the frontline helps her to see the picture from your side.</description>
