More Theories of Leadership Photo

There is another theory of leadership stating that there are three basic ways in explaining how to make get to be leaders. The first two explain the development of leadership for a small number of people. These theories are:
1. The Trait Theory: Some personality traits may lead people naturally into leadership roles; and
2. The Great Events Theory: A crisis or important event may cause a person to rise to the occasion, which brings out extraordinary leadership qualities in an ordinary person.
And 3 is the Transformational Leadership Theory: People can freely choose to become leaders. People could learn skills of leadership. It is the most widely accepted theory today and the premise on which this guide is based.
When a person is deciding if he respects you as a leader, he does not think about your attributes, rather, he observes what you do so that he could know who you really are. He uses this observation to tell if you are a trusted and honorable leader or a self-serving person who misuses authority to look good and get promoted. Self-serving leaders are not as effective because their employees only obey them, not follow them. They succeed in many areas because they present a good image to their seniors at the expense of their workers.
The basis of good leadership is honorable character and selfless service to your organization. In your employees’ eyes, your leadership is everything you do that effects the organization’s objectives and their well-being. Respected leaders concentrate on what they are [be] (such as beliefs and character), what they know (such as job, tasks, and human nature), and what they do (such as implementing, motivating, and providing direction).
What makes a person want to follow a leader? People want to be guided by those they respect and who have a clear sense of direction. To gain respect, they must be ethical. A sense of direction is achieved by conveying a strong vision of the future.

Birthday in General Photo

We of course always experience a birthday. In this case, the word ‘birthday’ is the anniversary of the certain day or time a person was born. However, the term is universally reversed to a moment or occasion where the date of someone birth is celebrated often with a party or just get together with close people. In common comprehension, one gets to become a legal adult on a particular birthday of 18th or 21st, and at different ages afterward the person gains responsibilities and rights.
There is another comprehension on birthdays for historically significant people, like national heroes or founders, and it is applied differently from how common people apply their own birthday. These birthdays are often commemorated by an official holiday. In this holiday, all people are to be off from their activities of the day to commemorate the related day of history. However, since it is the day off for almost any single personal, the history commemoration day tends to be a family or group day in which each family or group do undergoes activities far from the purpose of the holiday. It is indeed that most official holiday is generally used for having something fun. And in conclusion, there is no one feeling blue by the time of birthday or commemoration day.
