Almost all of my jobs I have been experiencing until this age always provide me with health insurance. It is definitely government’s instruction and any kind of company or at least business orientation must avail health insurance upon their staffs and assets.
But what wonders me is this factory for which here I just began to work. The owner said that health insurance is not necessary as long as the wage and salary from him is more than enough. But I completely disagree with him; this is a factory of chemical procession and all process at work is really hard and often meets accidentally hazardous chemical contacts which could affect our body immunity and sometimes make us vomit or even unconscious. Hence, high salary does not always support the cost of medication, hospitalizing or just treatment. I have no idea why he has a very limited opinion on health insurance; but I am sure he needs to be well informed about it. And giving good and affordable health insurance will probably be able to open his heart. I am sure that it is much better to put all staffs under health insurance than just to give them extra money and ask them to solve their own health problem.
I understand that the boss does not want to get involved in personal problems of his staffs; however, who wants to get injured by the time of working anyway? We all will be working more cautious and happier when we are certain that our health is under good insurance.

You know, educators don't get enough health insurance to make it worth their time signing up. I wound up getting my own health insurance through a private company and wound up saving money.
