In general, good leaders are apparently made; it means that they are not born to be good leaders. When there are desires and willpowers in you, then you can become an effective leader. Good leaders could develop through a long-term process of self-learning, training, education, and experience.
There are certain things you must be, know, and, do especially to inspire your workers into higher levels of teamwork. These things do not naturally come by themselves, but are apparently acquired through continuity of study and work. Good leaders continually study and work to order to improve their leadership skills; they are NOT resting on their efforts.
Let us define leadership. Leadership is a certain process by which a person influences others to get an objective accomplished and manages as well as directs an organization in such a way that makes it more cohesive and coherent. A leader carries out this process by applying his leadership attributes such as values, character, ethics, knowledge, beliefs, and skills. Although your position as a supervisor, manager or others gives you the authority to accomplish certain duties and objectives in the organization, this power does not certainly make you a leader, it just lets you to be the boss. And of course a boss is not always a good leader. Leadership is surely different; it makes the followers want to achieve high goals, rather than simply bossing people around.
